The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Hu̽gâlû Gælà Gûchya's construction back out of the project. Trèj pushed on reguardles, and Hu̽gâlû Gælà Gûchya was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Hu̽gâlû Gælà Gûchya was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the late 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Hu̽gâlû Gælà Gûchya is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Hu̽gâlû Gælà Gûchya is is constructed arround a series of crampt paverstone mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The city is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the city's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Hu̽gâlû Gælà Gûchya's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. Astonishigly, the top tier civilian fortifications are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.
A look around Hu̽gâlû Gælà Gûchya gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable. This all rests atop the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which Hu̽gâlû Gælà Gûchya brings to mind.
